Welcome to the Moon To Moon Yoga & Meditation website.

 

My name is Bernadette and I am an accredited Yoga Teacher based in Huddersfield.

 

We offer gentle yoga and meditation classes that are created to promote rejuvenation and deep rest.

 

In our studio we like to create an atmosphere in which you can completely unwind and find a sense of inner peace whilst stretching and strengthening your body.

All of our classes are suitable for beginners, and no previous experience of yoga is required to benefit from them.

Our Classes

Our classes are an hour of serene candlelit bliss. We begin each class with gentle stretches, letting you relax and unwind. Then onto some gentle yoga poses to help you to begin releasing any tension from your body. Bernadette finishes the session with an amazing meditation designed to leave you feeling calm, refreshed and ready to embrace the peace you deserve.

Each session is carefully crafted to align with the phases of the moon, allowing you to harmonise your practice with its natural rhythm for a deeper more harmonious experience.
