Here you can find the answers to queries and questions you may have about
Moon to Moon Yoga.

I'm not flexible - can I do yoga?
Yes.. In fact you are perfect for yoga classes. Yoga is known to increase flexibility with regular practice. During classes I offer different ways to carry out the poses to include everyone and their different abilities.

I'm not fit - can I do yoga?
Yes you absolutely can. There is no assumed level of fitness needed for the yoga classes I teach. Over time, yoga can increase your overall fitness and can help you gain a sense of physical confidence and well-being.

What should I wear for yoga & meditation?
I recommend that you wear comfortable clothes that enable you to move & stretch. Many people wear either baggy, loose fitting bottoms and a t-shirt, or clothes you would wear for the gym e.g stretchy leggings and top.

What should I bring to class?
We provide all the equipment you need for the class, including mats, blankets and blocks.
Please feel free to bring your own eye mask if you prefer - otherwise you can use those provided.

Bring a bottle of water for hydration. You can store small bags in the studio during the class.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
We provide all equipment you need for each class, but if you prefer to bring your own that’s fine.

Can I drop in to a class?
No. All classes need to be booked in advance so we have enough space and equipment for everybody attending. Please use our Book A Class to reserve & pay. If you have any issues, please contact us at moontomoonyoga@gmail.com
